Over the course of the summer, I cooked many tin dishes and started digging for some delicious sauce on the side. In the same way as in bowls, there is often a sauce to bind the ingredients together.
So I developed a brand new seasoning sauce that you can use, for example nakkipelin as a side dish. If there is any sauce left over, you can use the rest, for example, between a hamburger or hot dog.
I didn't really know what name to give this sauce, so let's just say it's an insanely wonderful sauce. This has quickly become my favorite sauce.

The sauce's secret ingredient
If you have to name the most important ingredient of the sauce, it is olives. They bring flavor and depth to the sauce that you can't get anywhere else if you leave them out.
And that's not what you tell family members who abstain from olives, at least not until they've tasted them, right? ?
I'm the only one who likes olives here, so this ingredient really had to be kept a secret. Especially from my husband who hates olives… Eventually he liked the dressing so much that I was able to mention the olives – and at that point he was fine with it!
To make the sauce, you need a blender, stick blender or similar device that you can use to puree the ingredients into a smooth mixture.Tulosta
