Here's another wonderfully easy everyday meal that the whole family can enjoy and that can be easily cooked directly on the baking sheet. Alternatively, you can cook it in an oven dish, but then the potatoes will have a thicker layer and the baking time will be significantly longer (about 1 hour 15 minutes). That's why I always prepare the temptation on a baking sheet and finally transfer it to the prettiest container if I feel like it.

At the base of the temptation, salsa sauce and garlic cream cheese taste lightly, but the end result is suitably mild even for children. If you want, you can give the temptation more kick by changing the salsa sauce to a hotter version and/or using more chili sauce.

Sheese fresh cheeses can be found in larger K-Supermarkets and Citymarkets, or it can be replaced with something similar from another brand. If it is hard to find vegan garlic cream cheese, you can just as well use unflavored cream cheese in the recipe and add 2 large crushed garlic cloves.

The recipe is my own, but I have taken inspiration from Hellapolis from the minced meat and potato casserole.

  6. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are cooked.

  • If the salsa sauce is completely missing, it can be replaced by using a sweeter chili sauce.
  • The vegan garlic cream cheese can be replaced by using unflavored cream cheese to which you add 2 large crushed garlic cloves.
