This has been my favorite salad since the beginning of the year. This kind of pale green salad is somehow suitable for this time of year, when even nature is frosty and covered in snow?? On the other hand, does it work just as well in the summer as a barbecue companion ?????
Oh yeah, one thing must be mentioned! Prepare only as much salad as you will eat at one time. Despite the lemon juice, the avocado darkens and does not look fresh at all the next day.

Making a salad step by step
Making this salad is really straight forward. First, chop Chinese cabbage, cucumber and avocados.
Then prepare the vinegar sauce in a small container, glass or mug. Mix the sauce ingredients together and use a spoon to mix into a smooth mixture.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and mix it evenly into the salad.
