Vegan pasta bolognese

Even a beginner can make this super easy vegan pasta sauce and all the ingredients can be easily found in the store. You can prepare a large amount of sauce at once.


  • 500 g pasta
  • 2 carrot
  • 2 dl of dark soy meal
  • 7 dl of water
  • 500 g tomato paste
  • 1 dl dried (red) lentils
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 0.75 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp onion powder
  • 0.5 tsp ground coriander
  • 1.5 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1.5 tsp dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dark balsamic vinegar

In addition


  1. Cook the pasta in a large pot according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Peel and grate the carrots.
  3. Add all the ingredients for the sauce to a small pot and cook them on a low heat for about 15 minutes, until the carrots and lentils are cooked.

    This was a good update and recipe. The frugal person's mind rests, and the food, in my opinion, is really healthy and good!

    I checked that Parmesan cheese tip too, and thanks for that!

    You have to test it in practice, but after reading it like this, it's already a brilliant idea!
