K-food soft leek-potato puree soup has remained in my recipe folder for ten years and for a long time was one of the few vegetarian dishes that the whole family agreed to eat.
Over the years, I modified the recipe to make it even easier by replacing the potatoes with mash powder and the cream cheese with Koskenlaskija. Easy and tasty. Children's favorite soup. The right credit prescription.
But how on earth could you get a tasty vegan version of this that is faithful to the original? After various experiments, I found suitable vegan ingredients for the recipe and this wonderful soup can find its way to our table again. Lovely autumn food?Tulosta
