Nakkistroganoff is one of our children's favorite dishes, so this should be made regularly. Fortunately, the recipe is really easy and quick to prepare: the sauce is prepared while you cook the potatoes. Or if you're really in a hurry, you can use dairy-free frozen puree, as we usually do.
Making Nakki Stroganoff
Start by chopping the onion and vegan nuts. Brown them in a pan in oil until they take on color.
Add the flour and then the water. Add water only a little at a time and stir every now and then so that there are no lumps in the sauce.
When the flour and water are well mixed, add all the remaining ingredients and cook for 5-10 minutes. That's it!
Which vegenaks go well with stroganoff
Many kinds of vege nakak are suitable for this recipe. I've used at least Pirka's and Muu's vegenacks, the "ordinary" ones, and also vegan grill sausages. In my opinion, the difference between nakki and sausages in these veggie products is generally quite blurred.
Vegenaks and sausages are usually a bit sticky and stick to each other, so they are harder to chop than real sausages, but luckily that doesn't affect the end result in this kind of sauce. After all, frying makes its stickiness disappear.Tulosta
