My weekend was very busy, so I cooked tinned food again for a change. When all the ingredients go on the same tray, it's pretty straightforward and saves a lot of effort.
At the same time, this is food that is suitable and tasty for the whole family. As in a bowl dish, here you can easily choose which ingredients to put on your plate, so you can also put ingredients on the tray that divide opinions a bit. We have such an ingredient e.g. champion.
However, the most important ingredient of Nakkipelti is wonderful seasoning sauce. Without the sauce, the sheet pan is just fine, but with the sauce it will be smooth super delicious. You only need a couple of drops of it on top of other ingredients, but it really adds the finishing touch!
In the end, you just notice that you're wiping the plate with the potatoes to make sure you get all the bits of the sauce with you. That's how good it is.

Ingredients needed
This nakki tray contains vegan nakki, potato, paprika, kale and mushrooms.
Kale is a bit difficult in the oven, because it easily absorbs too much color and becomes completely spoiled. On the other hand, at its best, it gets wonderfully crispy and crispy, a bit like kale chips. You can leave it out if you want, without it having any effect on the final result.
Other vegetables that I've found to be good for nakkipelli in the past are, for example, zucchini and red onion. Both can be left in fairly large blocks.
Vegan snacks suitable for the recipe
I used this time Other chorizo snacks and they had a nice taste.
Another very good option is Makulihan Vesvisnakki. The latter looks and tastes so real, that even many carnivores would go cheap.
Making a nakki damper
Wash the potatoes and cut them into large blocks. Chop the peppers, mushrooms, mushrooms and kale into large blocks/pieces. If the mushrooms are small, you can leave them whole.
Put the potatoes, vegetables and vegetable naks on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Add all the spices and mix them by turning the contents of the pan thoroughly. This is easiest to do by hand. Try to spread the spices as evenly as possible on all the ingredients.
Before frying, place the potato blocks evenly on the tray, so that each one has space and they are not on top of each other. In this case, they cook evenly on all sides.

Bake in the oven at 225 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
That's all! Serve this wonderful seasoning sauce with. Easy, delicious and simple food for a busy day.
